In don't mind the ribbing I get it alot even in my own family because my cousin and most of my uncles and my half-brother, my gramps, hell even my own dad were all or are still mechanics, sadly my step-dad was not and the only thing he really taught me was how to drink beer and smoke cigs and sit on the couch watching the weather channel when he got out of work.
So if i seem pretty stupid and naive on this stuff it is not sarcasm I really don't know, but I do want to learn but now that I am older I have to find this stuff on my own for the most part.

To some its just a truck and to others its a passion.
Its not about how much money you have, or how much fancy chrome and the latest and greatest you can put on a truck. Its not about dropping it off at a shop and handing the man a blank check and picking it up the next week proud to show your buddies. Its about the countless hours spent slaving over something you take pride in. I've never been one to flaunt or show off and I've worked my absolute @$$ off to have what I have, and when asked at a show "Why so much work into a 10th generation F150" my answer has stayed the same "Its the only one I've got" I see all to often at shows guys with more money than they know what to do with and no vision other than to build a truck for someone else to like. Its not about being cocky, its about having pride in something you've built with your own hands.
This forum has granted me a wealth of knowledge over the past few years that I try to pass on to the new guys coming in, of course we get it wrong every now and again but we keep on truckin' literally. Moral of the story is hard work eventually pays off and shout out to everyone here helping keep these trucks on the road for years to come, I know this truck wont be for sale any time soon.
