I like both, though like most, I'd have to choose 99-04. They really came out with some nice front ends.

It had a 4lb lower crank pulley, a tune, lakewood traction bars, and Hoosier slicks. It ran 12.2xs and was fun for bracket racing. It was very reliable and consistent.
