Quick question... Does the honey comb grill pop out? If so, how?

Nope, if anything, the honeycomb is like a good 2" from being flush

It pops out from behind. Gotta take the thing that goes around the lights and hold grill on and it slides in and out

I think he is referring to taking off the grill, and if so. your best bet would be to take off the whole surround and the grille has a couple of inserts you just need to push those out

Remove the plastic cover over the radiator and grille.
Remove the park/turn signals.
Remove two bolts behind each park/turn signal.
Remove six screws from the top of the grille.
Pry the air dam thing off the bottom of the grille (between grille and bumper).
Reach up from underneath and release the two large clips behind the grille.
Take the entire grille out.
Release the plastic clips holding the honeycomb in the grille.
Reverse for reinstallation.

Found a link with pics.

Oh, whoops hahaha Oh well in that case, then yes you have to take off the whole thing in order to do it unless you want to move the radiator. Not much to it. All you do is remove the headlights a couple of bolts. If i'm not mistaken, i think you will have to remove the bumper also to get to some bolts that are in the bottom. The whole assembly comes off with the grille, and all you have to do is remove some clips that hold the grille in place. Carefull though, i snapped the two that were on the sides *i got pissed off* haha
