Here is my new Ford. It's got high miles but it's a perfect project truck and drives like a dream.

Does anyone know if this is the stock ride hight? Seems a bit high but I like it.

Now It's mine. v

Looks pretty close to the stock ride height. Could possible have an inch or so crank out of the torsion bars.

Nice truck. I want to find a truck like that (screw lariat 4x4) with high miles so I can get it for cheap and rebuild the engine/tranny. Got any plans for it?

The body has 180k on it but I was given recites by the previous owner that say the motor is a Jasper replacement w/ 130k. The Trans is two years old based on the pan tag so that's been replaced as well. Also the Transfer looks as damn near as they come.

I imagine the person who owned it before the guy I bought it from beat it up pretty hard. The guy I bought it from didn't seem to know his head from a hole in the ground when it came to cars. He paid $704 for a freakin tune up???

I paid $4500.

There a few cosmetic things wrong with it and for some reason it's puking oil from the front of the engine causing it to fly back and drip from both side of the engine. I haven't been under it yet to see what the deal is.

I'm hoping it's something simple. (Probably not, lol.)

Color me "Noob" but what does SCREW stand for? Crew cab?

My only plans now are to gets some trustworthy miles on it, get some wheels & tires and eventually do some sort of Lightning Blower conversion or a Navigator 4v swap.

I'd like to find a 10th gen SCREW, and extend the frame for a longer bed lol.
