I got it at my local audio shop, I can't remember the exact model but it was $300 for the head unit, dash kit, and the harness. Hooked it up myself it was really easy, 2nd thing I did to the truck when I got it lol

I recently installed a jvc I got for $140 from crutchfield. It has a rear USB cable which I ran through the top cubby hole in the dash adapter. I store my phone in that compartment when it is connected with no wires showing. It also included a Bluetooth adapter which can be inserted in the front USB port. The Bluetooth option allows you to make phone calls and stream music wirelessly through the head unit. There is a wired microphone which I mounted to the top of the door pillar to pick up my voice during a call You also have basic controls for your iPhone through Bluetooth. It also has a feature which allows you to change the illumination colors to match the rest of the dash. It has a green which matches the factory illumination very nicely. I liked this feature because it made the head unit look more like it came from the factory. I'll try to post pics tomorrow.

Best CD player for the money. Sony CDX-GT660UP. AUX in, USB in with iPhone/iPod control through USB (can also control Pandora through head unit). Best part is the color of the display is fully customizable so you can match the other colors in the dash perfectly.

Buy from Crutchfield to get all installation pieces (including black trim piece with cubby) free

129.99 with coupon code 3A825

I have a jvc kd-s36 in mine with the cubby hole up top, i find the hole to be too shallow to be usefully, but hey ive got cd/am/fm/usb so im just fine, just have to set the ipod in the cup holder. I had a Pioneer in my old truck and it was a great radio, sounded good and looked good, but i do prefer my jvc due to easier opertation.

NO CD, but it has an Ipod tray, that you swivel in behind the faceplate. You could easily put an iphone in there and run internet music off your phone.

Does the cubby hole have to be on top or can it be below the cd player?
