Yea my truck blue books at 2000 more than that one and that's about what I owe on it so unless he can cough up some cash deals a no go

Sounds fair. Realize the dealer is going to make money on the deal as their business depends on it and I assume he is not a retard. Don't be surprised if he lists it for 2-5k more than the 97 is.

If the pros for you are worth more than a couple grand, do the trade.

I said hell no!! I tried to find the owner of this dude yesterday and buy it but he was no where to be found

Tackle after driving it even though it is 4x4 I can't take the huge lose in power!!
