I am not sure about the length of the stock shocks but if you order them online you can order 2,3,4, and so on inch lift shocks, and the shocks should be designed specifically for your application. When you order them they will ask for the make and model etc of your truck to make sure they fit and are for the right lift.

The Rancho RS5000 will work perfect for your truck. They rated from a 0-4" lift.

Is there a specific model number Rancho RS5000 to get? When i go on summitracing.com, or jegs.com there are plenty of Rancho RS5000 model numbers to purchase from.
