Default shocks

what shocks are you all running with your 6" lifts? im running what ever came with my lift kit when i bought it, i cant remember what they were i think rancho 5000's or something like that. but how big of shocks could you put on, and would that help give you more flex in the suspension system? you all are my ask it all people. cause i get so many different ideas that i can work with. i seen some 9000's or something like that with a extra resivore would those be good? idk im trying to build my truck up slowly like im always stating and i just want to one day look back and be like damn thats what i dreamed of. a all around good street and mud truck in one.

if i understand you correctly what your looking for when you say "flex" is typically referred to as travel or wheel travel and i dont think you need that when mudding, but i dont go through mud so i could be wrong. I think all you need is ground clearance. the RS5000 should be fine for what you are doing, if you do highspeed offroading you may want to move up to RS9000s or bilsteins. also if you wanted to upgrade the front suspension you could go with a coilover, but to do that you would have to weld in a shock hoop

maybe look into doing a solid axle swap, i dont know much about them but i have heard of people using those for rock crawling and mudding, i dont think you want independent front suspension for rock crawling
