Shocks
Rock Auto did have a closeout on the Bilstein's for the rear. $45 each. I found a pair of the fronts at Michigan Truck Spring. I'd originally ordered from 4wheel parts, but then found out about the backorder. Love the Bilsteins.

You should not have a "bumpy" ride. Not sure what it could be since you seem to have replaced what I would have told you to look at.
A full size truck does ride different than a car, so I would say see if you can find someone with a similar truck and drive theirs, or have someone else drive yours and see what they think.

I debating between some monroes sensatracks or bilsteins. i don't tow or haul anything but I believe the original shocks are still there and they have 162K! The truck is very bumpy and it almost feels like the shocks are shot.
I had bilsteins on my previous car and loved them.

I'm no mechanic but, try to do all my own work...I have an issue that is similar but feels like my tire/tires are wobbling in the front and is bumpy. Went in for a brake check and they inspected the car, was told I have a bad bearing on one wheel and a control arm(bushings) on the other. Ericthecarguy on youtube seems like good free help. Watched one of his suspension check videos, pretty thorough and informative.
