Along with a newly developing set of lift problems that need to be solved, I need to replace my shocks. I would like to upgrade to something like a set of Rancho's but am having mounting issues. All the upgraded shocks I have found are meant for eye-eye type mounts when my truck has the eye-pin type mounts. Why would all these shock manufacturers sell eye-eye shocks for trucks that need eye-pin type shocks? I realize they make a conversion kit for this purpose but that just seems way to cheezy for me. Any tips or info would be appreciated.
