How do u take shocks out of the front and back 97 f-150

With a ratchet and a couple sockets.

Honestly, one of the easiest things you can do. Kinda makes me laugh that this was asked.

I believe you are thinking of struts. That's a coil spring and a shock together in one assembly. Those need to be taken out and the spring compressed so the strut (or shock) can be removed and replaced. Our generation of trucks don't use struts.
