4.6 auto when I'm on cruise control and it down shifts it seems to me very hard. I have never really noticed in any other cars. It has 125k and the fluid is still pink. I think I'm just being paranoid but thought I'd ask.

 

Mine does the same thing bud, except when i get it up to 65, then let it coast, when it downshifts, it feels like the brakes are being applied! I've been told its just the Torque converter locking and unlocking. Mines been doing it for the past year, no problems yet!lol
