Default Shift points after gear change

I have a 1999 f150 4.6 that was geared 3.08. I have changed gearing to 3.73. I have recalibrated the speedometer with a superchips flashcal. My shift points seem to be off now (shifting too soon). How could this be corrected?

You may need to unhook negative battery cable for 30 minutes. To relearn your new gears and shift points.
