shakes while idle or driving

Default shakes while idle or driving

hey idk if someone posted this yet cuz im new but i got a 01 f150 4x4. it just started shakin the other day out of no where at the redlight like if i was powerbraking then today it starts shaking while im driving down the road during accl.. and at a constant speed. now i was think maybe a coil pack was bad but not to sure cuz i know theres other possible thing that would make it do this plz let me kno what u think?

na only when ur in drive either ur sitting on the brake or ur goin down the road. i kno its not the bears or u joints. i was thinking maybe the torque convert goin bad or something to do with the engine cuz its when u put alittle stress on the engine that it shakes then clear up and 5 minute later shake again.

any specific RPM range it'll shake? for instance, say, 1250 or so?

na not really cuz it shake when ur at the red light and shakes as ur driving i rarely go over 1900rpm but it shake about that too

Try getting OBDII check for codes. This may help you narrow down your problem. It's free of charge at most auto parts stores. Sounds like you may have a bad coil pack or coil over plug.

My friends truck does that his is a misfiring problem changed the plugs and it fixed it run the codes to see what it is
