Default shake

Ok so i havent been on here in a while ive gotten back to the states and have been trying to get my truck done ... i noticed at 45-55 mph my truck will begin to shake a little but not before or after these speeds ... does anyone have any ideas as to how to fix it?

maybe flat spots on your tires from sitting?

didnt think about doing that ... i cut the muffler off today ... figuring out how to eliminate the cats with out throwing a cell light if anyone knows how to do that ... that would also be helpfull ... i had the tires looked at they were fine ... so trying to figure out what else it could possibly be ... i have to redo the torsion bars also they are set different and has a slight lean ... pictures to be posted after

what size tires?? i have the same problem and its cuz you dont run the right tire pressure and cuz they didnt balance and rotate them properly...their starting to get scalloped. that sux too cuz if you didnt catch it right away...your tires will do it till you replace em...run your hand along the top of the tire on the inside and out and see if you can see/feel high spots on them...harder tire pressure is always better then soft...you loose a better ride but you save your investments...when your tires run you 280 a piece haha hope that helps
