Default Self Window Tinting

So I'm planning on tinting my windows later today and was wondering if anyone has done it themselves or has any tips about how to do it? I have a 97 Scab and was worried about having to cut around the holders for the rear two windows. Other than that it seems pretty simple, but I could be wrong. Anyone got anything?

This is how I would do it. A few extra steps but would ensure best results. I would remove the glass from the door, which isn't too hard once you get the door panel off there 2 bolts that hold the glass in place. Then I would wet the whole window down with preferably Vinyl adhesive activator stuff. If that's not available then you could just use glass cleaner. Get it nice and wet first :p. Then put the tint on the window. It shouldn't stick right away. Then Squeegee the fluid out. The fluid you use it just to make it not stick right away and will make getting the bubbles out a lot easier. Let it dry for like 15 mins and you should be good to go. I use this method to apply vinyl decals and the fluid is the key to getting a air bubble free result. Hope this helps.

Take it slow. Get a squirt bottle and a good squeegie.

Tuck it under the seal on the front windows.

Good luck. Hard to get perfect.
