I put a set of 1999 Expy leather buckets and the console into my 98 FS sb this summer. I have since pulled them out and I put in a set of front seats (60-40) from a 2004 Expedition. I figured that if I wanted a lady to sit next to me, the bucket seats weren't going to get it done, so the buckets came out.

All the mounting points for buckets or 60-40 seats are same and already in the cab. You may have to drill out a hole or two if you go buckets, but that is a simple fix. Remember, the seat bolts are a tapered and triangled bolt, so it is self drilling once you have the hole the right size to accept it. Other than that, go for it. Simple, 30 minute swap out.

What AK said is about 99% accurate, unless you have a Screw, and want to swap the entire seating arrangement out. The back "60" (driver side back) portion of Expy seats fit, but the "40" will not, due to the fact that you access the third row from the passenger rear seat folding up on an Expy, otherwise very simple.
