I have a 2000 f150 single cab xl with a bench seat. I want to buy bucket seats with a console but was wondering how hard it would be to replace it

 

If you stay in the 97- 03 body style range of seats you should be good. It gets interesting when you would take seats out of an older or newer truck like a 2009, and try putting them into say a 2000. There would be a little bit of rigging. Big thing is to look at how the bench seat you have is bolted in, and go look at potential bucket seats and see how they are bolted in. They should be the same if they are from the same body style. hope this helped a little

 

The bucket seats will bolt straight in, no problem. Just keep to 97-03 f150s and 97-02 expeditions

As for the console i'm not real sure how well that will bolt in, I have a regular cab also and am working on changing my interior out
