Took it to the dealer. $520 plus tax. Apparently it requires an obsolete part that they could only locate the very last one in existence through some vintage place and requires disassembling the entire seat. Not happy!

Got my truck back today. This is what they replaced
Right Passenger Side Seat Latch
6C3Z-2562648-B
Came out to $440.05. It was not as labor intensive as they thought and I used my owners rewards. Still high. This dude made it sound like it was the last part of its kind in the world. Went to Tasca's website and its in-stock.
