Scab rear headrest solution
Here is a solution if you have a 97-03/04 heritage and have kids that ride in the back that are too old for a backed booster seat or an infant car seat.

These are the headrests I bought, I slid them between the back of the cab and the rear seat. 30 bucks with shipping
