Rust fix

Byway to fix this on the back on my supercab 97? I see they make rocker panel replacements for the inside of the door but I have this rust on my non opening back door at the bottom

Junkyard. Use a sawsall and chop the bit you need for that and your bed. Usually the charge you for the price of the door to cut the part. Same with the bed. Well they do here anyway.
