I have not gotten any resolution. I've checked all that I could. I do know, regardless, the gem needs reprogrammed. I'm kinda thinking I have a cluster/h.e.c. Issue too. I will know more after programming attempt. Ford will be able to read what my scanners can't.

Hopefully you'll get a good tech working on it. One familiar with the gen 10's.

I do work myself because its $$$. Diagnosis is relatively cheap...if they get it right. The question is can they diagnose it better than me?
I have a 2004 F150 it was my stepfather’s. He passed away a few months ago. I drove it to my bosses shop started it every few weeks I went to start it the other day and nothing so I replace the battery paid someone to do the starter. they took the money and ran so then I had a buddy install that starter still nothing so I thought maybe it was a Pet system so I called a locksmith he came out and said that it’s an electrical issue

Try to use proper punctuation and formatting in your new thread also. You'll get better responses. And, if you have a question ask a question. Not clear if you're just telling a story or looking for advice. Good luck.
