Default Runabilty problem on 2002 f150 4.2 5 speed

Im about nuts over this one. It started hesitating when I would accelerate from a stop, normally I could get it moving and drop the clutch without any problems. Its getting harder to get it moving smoothly without really gassing on it. The symptoms sounded like it wasnt getting enough fuel so I replaced the fuel filter, checked the pressure and everything looked great. While doing that I decided to go ahead and replace the the plugs, wires, air filter and as advised in the book I replaced the EGR valve, DPFE, and the PCV valve. All the vacuum lines are in order and still there are no codes but the problem still exists. I did have a shop diagnose the problem as the fuel pump, even though the pressure never wavered. As they wanted to charge $600 I knew that I could do it myself but as before there is no improvement. The best way describe the problem is that the motor is slow to respond to acceleration. I really am about at my witsend here and would greatly appreciate some help. Thanks txkenster

Default no advise needed

Have no fear I believe I have cured the problem. I cleaned the IAC MAF and Air Charge Sensor, and of course the TB, Because of the length of time Ive had the problem I believe the Cat is now clogged but with some Gas treatment that too may be cured also. Got a hesitation problem, poor gas mileage and does it seem to happen at low idle speeds, Start at the obvious( IDLE Air Control valve}and while your in there clean all the tb and sensors.
