Default Rough Idle...everything else is fixed, any input?

Everything is fixed no missing any longer , but at idle have a bit of a rough idle here is every thing i have done ..

5 new coils and 8 new plugs ..lots of die electric grease on coils..
cleaned injectors
cleaned maf
new air filter

now the battery is a little weak and i have not gotten it yet but probably will today or tomorrow and i know in several of my former vehicles a bad battery can cause a rough idle until the computer gets used to it..

but my big question is what would you guys suggest on the little bit of rough idle..
thinking i should probably clean the throttle body.. any other suggestions?

everyone was asking what codes i was getting in the earlier post, i cleared 13 codes when i read it originally.. as of now i get 1 code with no CEL and that code is p0453 evap emission control system press sensor high..

which i get the feeling might be because it is pretty much out of gas possibly?

Not the guru but was wondering if the evap pressure sensor was high, does that mean low vacuum in system or a leak. A vacuum leak can result in rough idle.

ok new code p0141 02 sensor heater circuit malfunction bank 1 sensor 2..ugh

after reading up on that code i am not going to take it seriously yet.. it is a 02 sensor heater and the truck had sat a few hours.. so who knows if it is a valid prob or not..
