I have a slight rough Idle but when i give it some gas or put it in gear the motor gets really rough I know i have a bad EGR valve (checked the code ) but i have had that for over 2 years I had to replace the comp (dealership programed the comp for me) i can get a 100mph with ease but other then my EGR code i have no other codes but one thing i have noticed it has no take off power would a bad cat converter cause this it doesnt stall and sometimes it will idle farely smoth almost like nothing is wrong and ideas (wrong time of year for this) i have Triton V8 4.6

 

I would have the code read again to find out what cylinder is misfiring. The truck can have multiple codes.

 

Thats the problem no code is coming up for missfire but it acts like there is It acts like there is water in the gas but it starts way to easy for that and when i say easy i mean you just touch the key and away she goes

 

Put a fuel pressure gauge on it and see whats going on.
