Default Rough country

Does anybody have experience with rough country? I'm looking to put a 3 inch lift on my 2001 F150 2wd. I need advice on level or lift and if anyone knows a discount or somewhere I can get it cheaper than their website. Also are the shocks decent or should I buy new ones? One more thing If I go with a level do I need new shocks also?

I have the RC 3" spindle on mine. Don't go with their shocks. Purchase just the spindle. Go elsewhere for shocks and blocks.

Are the shocks good for a little while I am my tight on money and need new tires and shocks. My buddy has some tires but they are 33' so I need a lift to clear them. Even with buying the lift for $450ish and the tires for $100 I'm still cheaper than buying replacements for what's on there now.

My experience with rough country kit, shocks are good at first, I wouldnt run them for any longer then around a year. they start to lose absorption capabilities after a while. after all its only a $40 shock. but they are fine out of the box. you are good to go with them, I just wouldnt have those on there forever.
