Dang! Il def tackle this myself then this winter! My dads got all the tools needed I just thought it would be more of a pain

The hardest part was working up the nerve on the first one to start cutting up the side of my recently bought truck. I had no experience doing this whatsoever.
Once I started cutting and got past the point of no return, it was easy. Alot easier than I imagined. Finding, and drilling out the spot welds across the bottom was the biggest PITA.

The reason I replaced the entire panel, instead of just cutting off the rusted part at the bottom, was that it would be much easier welding in the new panel at the spot welds, than butt welding a section across the bottom the entire length of both doors.
