I've been dealing with this problem for awhile now and still can't figure out what the heck its coming from. Whenever I'm in drive, and my foot is on the break, my truck begins to make a "school bell" ringing noise. It only does it when I'm on the break, like waiting at a red light. Its very annoying and i would definitely would like to get rid of it. If anyone has any explanations that would be great.

 

Possibly something loose under the truck ? - can you hear where it might be coming from ?

 

Honestly I have no clue where it's coming from, but I doubt it's something loose.

 

Can you have someone reproduce the noise while you take a look around ? Try to figure out the general area it's coming from. Hard to give some ideas if it's vague.

 

My air conditioner is broken..something wrong with the motherboard for it? Correct if I'm wrong I think that's it. Possibly that might be why the noise is happening? Because only the high works so when I'm not running it, it's on the one right below it, but not blowing any cold air. Idk just a thought

 

Check out the compressor clutch for the ringing - and your saying the blower motor speeds dont work but high ? Blower motor resistor.
