Default Rim Size Question

02 f-150 4x4. Came stock with 17" rims. Will 16" fit and miss everything?

Thank you,

What do you mean miss everything. I dont see why they wont. What matters is the tire size.

I wanted to put 16s on mine but they were telling me 16s would be too small it would hit the brakes i think.

Oh I remember something about that on your truck pcart23. So yeah I would be careful about that 02-f150. My 97 came stock with 16's. So unless the 17's were an upgrage be carfull.

Ya I meant being to small and hitting the brake calipers. Just from looking at it they look like they would clear, but i dont know now.

Thank you

Just because they came stock does not necessarily mean there not a stock upgrade.
