Is the switch getting wet? If it is it might be shorting out. Also check the wires make sure your getting a good connection and check where the wires go through the door to the cab alot of times they break or fray.

I have the same problem with my switch and even the window. I believe if you replace the window motor that might help. But thats only if the window is giving you trouble also.

My 02 diagram has one fuse for both windows. Believe you said the drivers switch has been replaced, is that correct? I ask because the drivers and the passenger switches are in series, if one goes out neither will work. Might recheck to make sure the connectors are installed fully. If all is good there go to the motor itself and see if there is power and ground.
