reversing

Default reversing

So yesterday i went to walmart and the parking there is tight anyway i backed up into the stall and ALMOST banged the parked car behind me. How do u guys "feel" when the car is close enough? what is your trick? because its a blind spot 4 me and cant seem to get it. thanks

I had my daughter practice by backing my truck up as close as she could to a plastic garbage can in my driveway.
She is barely 5' tall, so the backup camera helps also.

i see im afraid of backing into something imma invest in a camera i think

That's why a plastic garbage can is good to practice with, if you hit it, it just tips over. The camera also takes some getting used to, it's tough to judge the distance until you get used to it.
