Question replacing intake assembly

Hi, I just bought a 2000 F150 with a 5.4,150,000 mi. The guy I bought it from brought it to the dealership to have an inspection done. They found a vacuum leak at the back of the intake assembly. They said the intake assembly needs to be replaced due to warping. Does anyone know how difficult this job is, or how expensive? thanks.

Not to bad to replace, just getting hard to find new ones. Its a half day job at the most to replace.
