Easy job and pretty self explanitory, get the ceramic pads if you got the extra bucks... Wheels off, two smaller bolts to take the calipers off, (Recomended: two bigger bolts to take the caliper brackets off if yer gonna machine the rotors or replace em) once the calipers are wiggled off, place em on a small upside down bucket as to not let it swing by its hose... get a c-clamp or a large pair of channel locks and slowly squeeze the caliper piston back all the way using an old pad for a backer (this will allow you to re-install the caliper with the new thicker pads in it) clean pad slides thoroughly if you don't get new ones with the pads and evenly spread some never sieze on em... put it all back together

When you compress the caliper with the C-clamp make sure that you keep an eye on you brake reservoir, because it will over flow with that extra fluid being forced back into it. I recommend having a syringe at the ready incase you need to remove some fluid out of the reservior after the compression with the C-clamp had been completed.

What exactly are the "pad slides"? Why do I have to put never sieze on them?

Thanks!

Don't forget to pump the brakes a few times after replacing them.

The slides are the little different metal pieces on the contact surfaces on the caliper that the pads slide on... the never seize will keep them corrosion resistant and allow the pads to slide smoothly and freely.
Good luck

Does anyone know the size of the bolts for the caliper bracket?

Should never use Anti Seize on the pads like that. Anti will get thick and stop it from sliding. You should use brake lube.

Dont forget to grease the slide pins(caliper bolts). Wire brush the caliper brackets so those new shoes slide in and dont hang up on the corrosion(causes uneven pad wear, and pulling)
