Where is the flasher on the 2003 F150?

 

Passenger's side of the dash, underneath the curved cover above the airbag. The cover pops out with a little screwdriver or something similar. There's two relays under that. Looking at the relay box with the locking tab facing upward, the left relay is the blower relay, the right is the flasher relay.

 

I found mine just behind the diagnostic connector under the dash. I popped the cover but the relay won't come out. How much force is needed to get it out? I'd like to replace it with LED compatable so i can use LED bulbs.
