Can anyone tell me how to remove a front bumper? Specifically the 99+ 2WD.
How many bolts, where, size socket etc.

Roll under the front of the truck, you look up, the mount are on top the the frame rails. My 2003 has 4 bolts per side, I believe that they were around 15 or 14 mm.
