Key FOB's
There's a good chance it being a XLT that it came with electronic door locks and with FOB's, don't bother with the dealership for replacements, go to Amazon like i did. I got 2 FOB's with batteries and 2 replacement batteries included and instructions on how to program them to work with your truck. Link included:

FYI: Also bought the two Door Lock Actuator's (both sides) Mine were just about worn out and started to not work anymore (using the door panel switches) Driver side. Was a lot easier than I thought to install, YouTube on how to install, lots of videos out there on the internet.
