Drove my 99 to lowes today to get a few things. Came back out, hopped in, turned the key and nothing happened. Tried it a few more times and nothing. Popped the hood, got out, jiggled the battery connections to make sure all was tight there. Hooped back in, turned the key and my speedo and tach started bouncing around. Turn the key the rest of the way and it fired right up. Drove it home, shut it off, turned the key again and nothing. Now I hear a clicking sound coming from the fuse box area. I pull the cover off and it appears the clicking is coming from the relays. I pull them out, put back in and nothing changes. Still clicking... Truck is dead in the water.

Anyone have any ideas? Much appreciated.
