None of the fuses are blown either. The truck still doesn't start, so it seems like there is a misfire somewhere, as some of you have mentioned. What would be the best way to check for spark and what else can I do to help diagnose the problem.

In the past, I was able to get the truck to start back up after pumping the gas pedal for a few minutes. I'm not sure if this information may be helpful in figuring out what the problem is.
I already answered that. Yea, it's no misfire. Check the Crank Sensor.

Also check the inertia reset breaker

And, -Scan for DTC's on in the KAM as well. Even if you don't have CEL illumination.

Thanks, but I'm not sure how to go about checking the Crank Sensor or the DTC's. I just did another fuel pressure check to test my regulator, and the pressure didn't increase when I removed the vacuum line the way it was supposed to. Is it possible that I need to replace the fuel pressure regulator, and is there any other way I can test to see if the regulator is the real problem?

Also, my truck now makes a scratchy kind of noise when I try to crank it, and I'm not sure what could be causing it.

If it was the inertia reset breaker, wouldn't that prevent his fuel pump from coming on? Meaning he wouldn't have been able to check fuel pressure, etc

I checked the inertia reset breaker. In fact, that was actually the first thing I did.
