after rebuilding complete engine the truck wont go over 70kl per hour speed anyone have any ideas why

yes starts and runs smooth just wont go over 70kl

 

Sounds like a transmission provlem to me

 

hi thanks for input the truck was running ok before rebuild what happened was it blew a radiator hose and stalled ,, took it to mechanic and he replaced the hose also some new lifters but when i got it back it stalled again so after putting in new oil pump drove 25k and stalled again he had completely buggered the engine somehow hence rebuild but it was driving ok before hand will have transmission checked now more money thanks Ray
