Default Rear window leak?

I had a rear slider window put in over the summer and now when it rains the top of the window (not the slider part) has a rainfall. If I silicone where the window and truck meets , will there be any problems down the road? It's a regular cab. Thanks!

Do not silicone it, it will not fix the leak.
Who put the window it? Do they offer a warranty? I would check with them first before taking the window out and re-sealing it.

Check YouTube for a 3 part video on how to remove and reseal the window. I just did it and it isnt too bad.
