Does anyone know how to replace the rear slider window seal?

Saw a few posts about using 8mm butyl tape, which we bought.

Or can point me to a link?

Have a 2001 F150 Lariat.

Very simple.

Remove seatbelts in back seat. Remove back rest if ext cab. Unscrew the 10-12 nuts around the window and push it out. Then you can use some sort of window sealer around the edge of the window and seat it back in firmly and put the nuts back on. Not too hard if you take a closer look at it.

 

Some of that tape though gets really hard behind there. I just replaced mine and after taking the bolts out it wouldn't budge. So we had to go around the whole thing with a hammer and chisel and break through all of that. Just warning you if you have that same situation.
