Rear ended
Junk yard would be your best bet. You can change the style of your front end by putting in a bumper & grill from a compatible year and it would be cheaper. Also shipping will kill you on this. I changed my 98 to this -

Bumper & valance from a 4x4. Grill from an Expedition.

Located in Tyler Texas...probably Gunna end up selling it and buying my moms avalanche.it shattered the Fiberglas bar that the bumpers attached to and the hood is bent and it forced the front left fender back so my door grinds on that when I open it.probably about 6 grand worth of damage but I'm Gunna hit up the junk yard tomorow

I rear ended some lady in Austin not too long ago, zero damage to me while her Hyundai wasn't as lucky. After 4 deer, 1 owl and a tree (I hit that one on purpose) and the fact that it's Texas, a front replacement bumper makes a whole lot of sense.
You can get a used Ranch Hand for about $300. I'd check the bumper mounts on the frame side of the truck and make sure they aren't bent though. New ones will cost about $600-$700 and that's with either a Ranch Hand or Frontier (Frontier no longer makes them for 10th gen's but you could probably find them used). I have a Del Rio on mine and it has never done me any wrong and those probably cost about $200 used.
