Rear end out of center and sags on right side

I haven't messed with the rear end any I just put the torson keys up from and that was it I figure ill jut have to buy a set of leaf springs and let the pros torque around on it haha I think this is out of my league

Just a few things to consider, the bed alignment could be off so it gives the illusion of the rear end being at the wrong angle. That's very common if the bed was removed to replace a fuel pump.

Also, most trucks sag on the left side due to the extra weight of the gas tank and driver over time... Yours sags on the other side. So you may have something different going on.

Ya the only thing that comes to mind is maybe a compressed leaf spring?
