Default Rear end out of center and sags on right side

I'm not really mechanically inclined but I notice when my truck tire is flush on one side of the bed and sucked it on the other hahaha and ever since I put my level kit on my truck I noticed a sag on the right side wasn't sure if this was a leaf spring problem I can post pictures if that's possible I just signed up today?

You need to get under there and make sure the springs are on their perches or your u joint might be all thats keeping it together. Take some pics too.
