Default Rear doors squeaking

Hey guys I have a 99 150 extended cab and lately both my rear doors have been squeaking while driving down the road but the don't make any noise when you open and close them just when you driving on a rough road just wanted to know if anyone else had this problem and what do you have to do to fix it. Thanks in advance, Clay.

O does that mean you have to replace all the door seals?

Take some 70% rubbing alcohol and a big rag. Soak the rag so it does a through cleaning on the rubber seal. Get the junk off they've collected, and clean them good. When they dry, take some good additive (I don't like Armour All) or similar type lube, and treat all the rubber seals. You will find that doing that, lubing all the hinges and lock units, that you will get rid of most of your noises. You'd be surprised what a small rock or something similar will cause a lot of interior noise. Good luck.
