Default Rear diff an PATS help

Recently I picked up a 2002 F150 from my boss the rear end started making a clanging noise which turn to a loud grinding noise I noticed passenger side was leaking gear oil I check the differential and it seem like no oil in there I took it to a shop to get an estimate and it was way too high all they did was look at the tag and get information when we went to Crank It Up it won't crank theft light was flashing and giving me code 16 so I need some help what can I do about the Anti-Theft and what are all the parts I need to order to rebuild the rear end 8.8 with 355 gears I believe
