Default Rear cab vent replacements

Hello everyone I have a 2002 f150 XLT super cab and have been experiencing a bad leak from the rear sliding window. So I took the seat backing off in the back of the truck and noticed one the driver side there is a vent, which I’ve now learned is a pressure relief vent or whatever but on my passenger side there is a hole for a vent but there’s no vent so it’s just a hole in the back of my truck. I’ve looked up the p/n for the vent and still cannot find the vent. Is there anything I could cover that hole with that would have a similar function, or a different model truck that has a similar sized vent that I can make work?

Why not grab a replacement from a salvage yard?
