Angry Ready for some help

Okay here goes 1999 4x4 4.6 8 cylinder 144,000 miles have changed the following 4 each o2 sensors 8 plugs, wires anything to do with the egr. Fuel treatment, cleaned all sensors truck ran great(about 4 months) until yesterday stop to put air in tires left truck running. I got in put in gear and truck chugs and misses. the check engine came on and pulled in to NAPA code reader said P303 #3 cylinder miss fire so put a new plug wire on and truck ran like a top. After shutting down for about 4 hours truck started to act up but smoothed out about a hour in to my trip home truck would chug when gas pedal was pushed down. So today changed all new wires and truck chugs when you put it gear runs like s$#t and have a check in engine light on. I am at my wits in with this truck.

I have not changed the coils what does anyone think any help would be of great help....

Default Ready for some help

Okay i changed the right side coil and it took about 15 min to 30 min and the truck seem to smooth out and have power with the pedal pushed down. Drove around for about 45 min shut down for about 30 min and came out and truck started and ran smooth all the way home. Will say a prayer to the truck gods tonight that this fix my issue.... thanks for the help...
