Default Re-timing??

I have a 01 5.4 and I'm wondering if/when it should get its timing adjusted. Mine has 190k on it and was wondering if maybe over the years it's a little off.

Nope, The way the chains and tensioners are they don't stretch or anything. The only time timing changes is generally when a tensioner goes bad and the chain jumps a tooth, and if you were a tooth off you would certainly know it. The timing system was designed to be maintenance free.
