Re Flash Computer

A family member is a Machanic and says my truck needs the OB Computer to be Reflashed. Has anyone had this done? and What should I expect to pay to have it done?

I had a theft light issue not to long ago and had to have a reflash the dealership said it requires 2 keys to the truck so after I bought a new key and everything I spent about 140 bucks.
